SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Reporting to: CEO, Energesse

Overall purpose of the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI). You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you’re also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work, we’d like to meet you.

Help develop the company’s technology strategy and work with other IT team leaders and specialists to implement that plan. Identify the short- and long-term technology needs of the organization, and work with executives to gather the resources needed. Candidates must have strong product management experience with healthcare/hospital/aged care enterprise SaaS platforms.

Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: CEO, Energesse

Overall purpose of the role

  • Develop strategies and tactics to grow several product lines in B2B and B2C markets for a Small-to-Medium Enterprise
  • Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including focusing on metrics and ROI
  • Guiding with various organic and paid customer acquisition channels including web-based and social media
  • Helping us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is effective and in line with our brand. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective campaigns that deliver financial ROI.

Your responsibilities include working directly with the CEO and product managers to support the build of our digital solutions through collating data, researching secondary data resources, analysing and interpreting complex data then condensing them into reports into the dynamic needs of the health and aged care industry. 

As an analyst & researcher, you should be highly agile and responsive to frequent changes, an independent ‘go-getter’ with thorough knowledge and ‘hands-on’ analytical approach for desktop, qualitative and quantitative research, quality improvement and process optimisation.
